CHRISTIAN EDUCATION TEAM

What we offer:

- Sunday School classes for pre-K through adult from 9:15 to 10:15 am every Sunday

- Nursery for infants and toddlers during the Sunday School hour and worship service

- Youth group for junior and senior high students every other Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm

- Periodic weeknight classes on special topics

- Vacation Bible School each June for pre-K through 5^th grades

The Christian Education team at Grove Church oversees all levels of spiritual education, from our nursery all the way through classes for adults.  We start out with our younger children by providing a nurturing environment and teaching some of the basics of the Christian faith. As they grow older, we delve more deeply into the spiritual truths contained in God’s word and address some of the questions they will face from a skeptical world (or may be struggling with themselves).  For our adults, we emphasize that we never “graduate” from learning about God.  We spend time with in-depth studies of particular books in the Bible, topical classes on the types of personal struggles we all face and learning how to interact with a non-believing culture.

We hold regular weekly classes every Sunday morning from 9:15 to 10:15 am before our worship service. At various times throughout the year we also commonly offer weeknight courses on a specific topic of interest. Our youth group for students in junior and senior high meets every other Sunday evening at 6:00 and we have Vacation Bible School for pre-K through 5^th grades every June.
